Hi, I’m Noelle. I hold an MBA and have more than 20 years of experience in the retirement and financial wellbeing space. I currently manage global retirement and financial wellbeing programs for a Fortune 500 company, where I help employees around the world understand complex programs like pensions, 401(k) plans, deferred compensation plans, and other workplace financial benefits.
Over the years, I’ve seen how often women feel unsure about financial decisions—not because they aren’t capable, but because personal finance is rarely explained in a practical, realistic way. Many women are balancing careers, caregiving, households, relationships, and long-term planning all at once, while also receiving constant and often conflicting messages about money.
I created Ladies Who Save to make financial topics feel more understandable and manageable. My goal is to break down complicated information into clear, useful guidance that helps women make informed decisions with more confidence and less stress.
